Delivery Policy

Shipping
The LMS Gift Shop ships to any residential address within the UK. Our delivery timescale is 7-10 business days for the UK. Standard Delivery Costs: £4.95 per delivery.

Collection
Your order can be collected from Lady Margaret School free of charge - we will liaise with you on when the order is available for collection.

Home Delivery
We are also offering a home delivery service in the SW6 area for an additional fee. If you would like to request a home delivery please click Home Delivery as your shipping option.
Return & Refund Policy
We hope you’re happy with your LMS Gift Shop purchase. If you decide it’s not quite right for you, you can return most items to us within 30 days of purchase or receiving your order, whichever is later.

When making a return please be aware of the following:

Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resealable.
For hygiene reasons, jewellery for piercings such as earrings purchased online can only be returned to our website if unopened and still within fully sealed tamper-proof packaging.
Cosmetics, face masks, face coverings, and items for intimate use can only be returned to our stores or website if unopened and still within fully sealed packaging. Swimwear must have the original hygiene sticker in place.
Please remember to return your order with a valid receipt and include your email address and telephone number.D
Exchanges and returns are only valid within the UK.

Standard delivery costs of £3.95 will only be refunded if the entire order is returned. Upgraded delivery options will not be refunded in full unless the entire order is faulty or incorrect.

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

If a product is damaged in the post we are happy to provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
We will pay for the shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer.

Your return and refund may take up to 10 working days to reach us and to be processed. Once processed, you will receive an email notification from us. It may take up to 5 working days for the funds to show in your account, or within 48 hours if paid with PayPal.
If you have not received your refund, we recommend waiting at least 10 working days from the date you sent your return back to us before contacting us via our Contact Form on the Home Page.
